NORTH YORK MOORS CHAMBER MUSIC FESTIVAL: SUITES AND SCENES
The food writer, critic and Masterchef judge William Sitwell (great-nephew of Edith Sitwell) joins Zeb Soanes to recite William Walton's witty and irreverent Façade. This is preceded by Ben Palmer's composition, Eggs or Anarchy, based on Sitwell's account of how Lord Woolton, the Minister of Food, achieved the impossible task of feeding the nation during the Second World War - Winner of the Fortnum & Mason 2017 Food and Drink Awards.
